Advice for Meal Replacement

So, background, I've been overweight my entire life. I am currently 5'11" and hovering around 340 lbs. CICO isn't doing a whole lot for me; somehow I barely eat and I'm gaining weight still. I'm not in a great place in terms of finances, time, or time, and I have a lot of problems with eating to begin with. I have an appetite problem. By which I mean, I don't typically have one. It's one of the many reasons I actually smoke, and as you can predict, going from no food to munchie mode, I can blow CICO out of the water anyways. But I digress.

Aside from then, I am not eating much at all. I need some way to get some calories and nutrients in my body as some kind of baseline. What I'm looking for advice for is the most cost effective meal replacement products. I'm trying to compare products but I don't have enough knowledge on the matter to effectively compare products and was hoping anyone might have recs offhand. Powder or premade doesn't really matter to me. I'd like a product with the most protein and fiber and less sugars. I've used equate meal replacement shakes before but looking at them now they are rather high in sugar.

Just hoping someone might have some input.
