Just as the title says, I'm looking for tips about little things / etc I can do to help me lose weight. I do after school sports and whatnot, but I wish I had more time to devote to my health and self-care. There are so many goals I have that I just can't fit in...I have too much going on.
Also, I find it hard that my family is generally unhealthy, making it so unhealthy food is always in reach. Living away, it's easy for me to just eat healthy because there's no option to snack.
Not that it's not my fault, I totally take the blame for getting like this. Also no worries, I've already been down the ED path, and while it worked well, it's obviously not the route I wanna go.
