I'm 36F and have lost 75lbs, and I've been continuing to lose lbs and staying within my "ideal BMI" range for a month and a half now. Although I can see a difference in my upper body, I can't see the same differences in my lower body.

I know this is the million dollar question for so many, but how do I lose the belly fat? I have been working out and eating well for months to get ready for a destination wedding and my weight has dropped to a comfortable zone, almost in the middle of the ideal BMI range. The wedding is 2.5 months away now, and I'm wondering what I should be focusing on to try to mainly target my hips/belly, but also butt/thighs to drop in size. I don't want to waste my time doing the wrong thing, and even though it's only 2.5 months, I think it's enough time to still see even more of the positive changes I've already seen. I just need to be pointed in the right direction on how to really zero in on my problem areas.

Currently, I'm intermittent fasting 18/6, and working out 5-6 days a week. I use a stationary bike roughly 3x a week, and also do beginner home full body strength videos through my peloton app. I keep changing up the strength workouts so things don't get stale. Workouts are all between 20-40 minutes. My diet has been pretty good, I went from binge eating terrible food, to only occasional unhealthy foods (0-2x per week). But I still look very heavy in my belly/hips. It feels like my body isn't proportional at all.

Please help!
