I have been following a meticulous meal/exercise plan for about a month now, I don't know the calories etc because I paid for the plan and didn't want them included so that I would obsess over them, but it is definitely a clear deficit to what I used to eat as well. I am exercising regularly too, but probably 3-4 times a week for the last 2 weeks I have had no desire to eat. I am also losing weight steadily, so it is not like I'm eating maintenance calories. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE food and I really love all of the meals on my plan, but I physically do not feel any hunger when it comes around to meal times and find myself eating just so that I'm giving my body enough fuel.

I've heard people have had similar situations, but I can't understand why/how this is happening? I have never experienced this in my entire life (is this what it feels like to have a normal appetite? lol), but does anyone have some kind of scientific explanation as to what might be going on so that I can understand this better?
