Just wondering because myfitnesspal wouldn't let me complete my diary because it wasn't enough calories. I guess it's because I'm sick, but I definitely feel satisfied.
I wasn't very hungry today, and the food I did eat (besides breakfast and lunch) was pizza, goldfish crackers, fruit snacks, and 2 mini reese's PB cups.
I had plain yogurt + banana for breakfast and some veggies and chickpeas for lunch. I work in a preschool so I had a goldfish packet before I left and the rest was after my healthy (haha) dinner of pizza.
I usually don't eat sweets or pizza on the weekdays but it's just what was there today and I was too tired to cook. I have a bad cold I know is turning into a sinus infection and I've found my appetite is fluctuating which is why I grabbed the goldfish on my way out of work.
What if I ate like this every day? I can see how I'd lose some weight from calories alone but it's not really healthy food so... would that counteract it?
I'm F/23/5'7"/155lbs but I guess I'm just curious in general
