So I've lost 10 pounds! Mostly from a huge diet change and CICO, but I've also been working out 15-30 min almost every day to help increase my deficit. I do calisthenics/plyometrics 3 days a week in a circus/gymnastics/tumbling class, which is a ton of fun and I really enjoy, and the other 3-4 days I do cardio by playing Just Dance (mostly the fitness and aerobic dances) and or using dance fitness videos on youtube (I watch a lot of The Fitness Marshall and Chakaboom Fitness). I LOVE dancing and it's the easiest way for me to work out, but I'm starting to get a little bored of it. Plus, the better I get at some of the videos/dances, the less effort I have to expel, lol. I thought of switching to running but tbh I really hate running and love that I can do cardio in my living room.
Anybody have recommendations of at-home cardio that they really enjoy? I think I'll still stick mainly to dancing but want options to switch it up every once in a while! YouTube channels would be great!
