I exercise 3-4 times a week already. I gained 50lbs in 2019 due to personal reasons and it’s made my self esteem so low I haven’t talked to any girls in months and I basically don’t have friends anymore because I’m really depressed. No one wants to be around me because of my attitude but trust me I’m trying everything I can to change that.
Recently I’ve just been making myself think of all the misery and anxiety and work this extra weight has caused me. I think of it especially every time I feel a craving or a desire to eat something. It’s kinda caused me to trick myself psychologically into not wanting to eat ever. Now I just feel sick half of the time. I barely eat anything but I try to get something in maybe a protein bar or a salad, something good for you at least.
But I am 5’11 and used to be 185lbs packed with a little muscle. I used to have girls basically throw themselves at me. Now I’m 243lbs and can’t stand myself because of it. I starve for several days, and somehow I’m still 243lbs. It’s frustrating. I know it’s bad I tried it but I did and now I know it doesn’t work.
So given someone like me, what diet or plan can make me lose weight in the fastest amount of time?
