Just got furloughed at work (not fired but cant work so no paycheck.) Trying to apply for unemployment but the website keeps crashing. So I’m a little stressed right now and really want to eat crappy food but I don’t want to ruin what I’ve accomplished so far.
I have lost 39lbs since January 2nd and I was trying to hit 40 before my next reward meal but with everything going on right now it’s proving difficult. Being at home 24/7 with no schedule is going to be hard for me. When at work I had a very strict eating/walking schedule that is hard to follow at home since I have total freedom here but I’ll best to try to make a more relaxed schedule so I don’t completely fail and gain any weight back.
