Not exactly sure what to do now.
Within the last few months, I’ve been trying to become more educated on how to lose weight. I realize that I’m supposed to be eating less calories than my TDEE. Started using My Fitness Pal and found out that I’m eating about 1500 calories, and according to the several TDEE calculators I used, my TDEE is about 2100. Well great. I’ve been eating under my TDEE for a while now and nothing’s happened.
I haven’t lost any weight, if anything I’ve been gaining weight for the past few weeks. My BMI is about 29, so I’m nearly obese. I’m lightly active and workout at least a couple times a week. What else am I supposed to be doing to get this thing started?
