I'm late today but I hope you're slaying it!
Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 204.4 this morning, 206.2 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): White knuckling it today. I owe this progress to myself. 1/2 weekly average calorie. 4/4 maintenance days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 13/16 days.
Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing, fancy coffee out no more than 2 times a week 4/10, no fast food): Snow storm sent me home early. Watched a little trashy tv. No regrets.
Try a new recipe once a week: Cheesy broccoli & rice casserole, beef burrito casserole, lentil spinach & sausage stew & Frankenstein'd dirty rice. 4/4 weeks.
50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not tonight. 40/50 pages.
Drawing prompt every day: I’ma draw a silly collage of the very nineties/oughties fancy S in gel pen before bed tonight. Didn’t make time for it yesterday! 10/16 days.
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: I'm grateful for the internet. It's keeping me to connected to people, places, information & experiences I'd never have access to otherwise.
