How did you determine your goal?

26F / SW 304 / CW 188 / GW ???

Hey all. I’ve been losing weight slowly for 3 years and I’m now within 5-10 lbs of the lowest weight I’ve reached since high school. I’m somewhat active (yoga, boxing, hiking, walking 5+ miles a day, etc) ((when we’re not in quarantine)) and I know I have built up some muscle, which I’m really proud of.

I’ve sort of decided that a GW isn’t really something I can even fathom, because I don’t know what’s right for my body. When I was ~180 in high school I hated myself. I have BDD and I am concerned that if I just keep going until I “like the way I look” then I’ll never actually be able to reach that. I know I can look at other measurable things: body fat %, measurements, BMI, etc. But my question is how do you figure out exactly what that number should be?

I’m feeling a bit lost lately and just looking for some advice. Thanks :)
