This may seem weird but I dont know what to do.
If you look at my previous post to loseit, I mentioned that I started sliding backwards, eating a lot of fast food for a few days in a row. I was doing so good for 2.5 to 3 months but idk what happened. I hit a life goal of buying a new car and that same day is when my backwards progress started.
I've ate fast food twice a day minimum for 5 to 6 days in a row now...I know I shouldn't. The last 3 days I have woke up motivated and then the end of the day at work I end up getting fast food. It sucks.
The people I was working with have changed and they lead a lifestyle similar to how I was living 3 months ago, super unhealthy eating and all that and I feel it rubbing off on me.
I was 294 at my lowest recently and now am 301-305 and I hate it.
I need some kind of motivation past self motivation...
