30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 2

Hello losers,

Late post & run!

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 204.2 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): I blew this up today. Tomorrow is another day to succeed here.

Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. Body tired. 0/2 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 1/1 days): Hanging stuff on walls & working on kitchen storage.

Try a new recipe once a week: I'm thinking curried chickpeas. X/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not tonight kids. X/50 pages.

No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: Oofta.

Listen to my effing body: Shhhhhh.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I am grateful for kitties, doggos & other fluffy things.
