30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 23

Hello losers,

Getting to it! Hope you're conquering!

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 201.5 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): Should be good today. Blew calories out of the water yesterday, ugh. Win some lose some kids.

Exercise 5 days a week: Lunch walk & something else tonight. 19/23 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/23 days): TBD

Try a new recipe once a week: Curried chickpeas from dry beans, chickpea flour crepes (I helped, it counts), new recipe breakfast burritos & black-eyed pea soup so far. 4/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not tonight. 0/50 pages.

No fast food or candy from the work dish: Day 21. 3 candy related lapses in judgement.

Listen to my effing body: Anxious. Need to get a high intensity sweat on.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Hit me up ladies & gentlemen. Share your mindfulness. I've been fighting binge urges all day so I'm trying to ground myself with sensory observations. Side note, it's hot.
