I started this diet about a month and a half ago. I’ve been doing pretty well (💪🥳 down 23 lbs in that time), BUT I’m noticing that I feel guilty when I eat. I have a calorie tracker that says I can have over 1900 calories and still lose a pound per week. However, I’m mainly staying around 1300 calories per day. Even then, I feel bad about eating “too much” in a day. It’s even worse if I eat fast food and still stay within my caloric limit. Does anyone else fee like this? I’m beginning to wonder if this is the beginning stages of some eating disorder or what? Or is this just normal while counting calories?
