Down first 8lbs thanks for the inspiration

What’s up everyone first post I see everyone else’s and it’s motivated me quite a bit.

What I’ve done so far

My diet is slowly changing mostly just smaller portions so far. I know this is the most important part of the equation and I plan to start doing IF to help with the process starting tomorrow.

Exercises I started to track the walks my family has been taking mid May about 1/2 mile most days sometimes a little more.

C25K currently week 2. I’ve been rotating one day off and 2/3 days off depending on my legs. On the off days I walk atleast 1/2 mile.

I’ve been doing YouTube exercises for the last 2 weeks on top of the C25K. The most intense one was a booty burn by some instagram chick.... shout out to you ladies who do it for the gram. I’ve also followed a 10 min core exercise routine, and some resistance bands for arms, back, and shoulders. My goal is to be active for 45 mins to 60 mins a day.

I really appreciate the inspiration that the group gives off. Thanks to you all
