I've gained around 5kg (according to google that's around 11 pounds) in quarantine. I've never been worried about my weight since I've always been naturally skinny, but I've never gained this amount of weight in such a short amount of time. I'm 1,70cm (again, around 5'6 according to google). I'm worried because I've been skipping meals, increased vegetables and fruits but I still won't get out of that mark. I feel heavy and it's more difficult to run, for example. I just turned 28 and I know your metabolism slows down as you age but I'm still so young. I wonder what could I do to lose them for good, I wanna go back to 55kg!
