So, like a lot of folks, I have found myself lazing around a lot due to the situation the world is dealing with and with that brought on a lot of pounds. Right now im looking at 300 pounds and I definitely want to and need to lose at least 60 pounds. As of late, ive been trying to eat a little more healthy and work out some. Mostly doing push ups, sit ups, squats, and walking my dog. I, also, tried to not order out that much and have been buying food to cook. I can tell you now ive spent a lot of money eating take out. Mostly because I was lazy and partially that I felt the quarantine would be over by now.
So, like I said, im trying to lose weight as best as I can. I am definitely rusty with push ups but im trying to do at least 100 a day.
As I browse this forum, I did notice talk about how Gatorade isnt that good for you which sucks because I have 2 big cans of the powder lol. I mainly bought them to replace sodas. I have plenty of water as well and have been consuming at least 3 bottles a day.
Any who, besides what im doing, does anyone have any tips to help achieve my goal better? My current diet is a mix of cereal(mix between honey nut and frosted) + fruit(Banana for now) in the morning. Most likely skip lunch or if anything maybe drink some tea. And then various dishes for dinner. Right now ive have a thing of Chicken Fajita pasta ive made along with Tuna Fish for sandwiches. Im trying to keep at 1800 calories(at least that is what my meal planner said would be a good spot)
