So I've always struggled with the want to workout and recently i have found i really like (well,dont mind, more like, not necessarily like ) doing a short 15 minute HIIT workout in the mornings. I really like the way my muscles feel after and the almost like high you get from it.
After I do this Ive started to do my best to get 10k+ steps throughout the day. I usually would rather want to sit down and watch tv and vegetate but ive forced myself to do it anyways. Ive noticed today though that i have tons of energy out of nowhere.
And while i could sleep right now (its 9p where im at) im not exhausted. Usually im dead on my feet at this point in the day (I even got up at 5 this morning, usually i dont get up till 9..... but i must of slept really good)
Is this normal? Can I expect this feeling to go away?
