30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 5

Hello lovely losers,

Sunday funday, I hope it was a wonderful day!

Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning. Uterus be scumbaging. 201.5 lbs trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1700 ish): Looking good today. Gotta sneak some more veggies into dinner.

Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute HIIT & some yoga. 5/5 days.

Self-care time (JOURNALING, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/5 days): Handled some business and watched some lovely trash tv.

Try a new recipe once a week: Gonna try an imitation crab salad something or another tonight. 1/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not tonight. 0/50 pages.

No fast food or candy from the work dish: Streak day 5. 1 candy related lapse in judgement. No candy bowl on the weekends so easy win.

Listen to my effing body: Body wanted that higher intensity sweat.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I am grateful for air conditioning & how easy youtube has made my fitness journey. Still tough but such a wealth of choices at my fingertips.
