Hello reddit, This year I decided to make a better me after seeing myself weighing over four hundred pounds this past january. I went through a 1200 calorie Keto based diet with a 22 net carb edge, and have officially lost 112 pounds through this method and light exercise. After only losing 5 pounds this last month, I feel that I have reached a plateau in my weight loss, and am looking for a healthy workout routine to facilitate further weight loss. I was once a wrestler, but everytime I have worked out since I have injured myself by going "too hard" and am looking for a good general regime to help me be the best me I can.
