For context, I am F28 5’9” SW:199, CW:192, GW: 165. I’ve been working out for about 8 weeks now so I’m pretty in shape. However, I have only been eating healthy and clean for about 2.5 weeks now. I have never been one to measure with a tape measurer but I just did to see where I was in June 22nd. In that time my weight has only dropped about 6 pounds which was disheartening to me. But after checking my inches with a tape measurer I can tell I am making some big progress! On June 22 my waist was 33.5 inches, left thigh was 26.5 inches , and right thigh was 26 inches. Today they are: waist 31 inches, left thigh 25 inches, and right thigh 25 inches. It’s not a lot, but it is more progress than has been showing on the scale. I had a tough time with quarantine and packed on a lot of weight that I had recently lost in the past year. So, I’m pleasantly surprised! And get you a tape measurer if you don’t have one!
