Hey everyone, I decided to share a little tip with y’all who are trying to lose weight and STAY healthy. When you usually think of losing weight you think of going on a “diet” for an amount of time and get to your goal weight or look. Well that’s good, but what you actually want to do is change your lifestyle. Don’t go on a temporary eating habit change (diet) but change the way you eat forever. Because once you get to your goal, what then, will you start eating whatever you want? That definitely shouldn’t happen, I’ve seen in my personal life the saddest thing, which is when someone finally got skinnier and looked very good, thought he is able to eat whatever he wants now cuz he looks good. This man went back to his old weight and gained more. And what I’m trying to say is that for a lot of people diet is a temporary thing, when it should be a change that you make for the rest of your life.
