Hi, throwaway account to be anonymous... I'm 18, female, and run on a daily basis. I'm in decent shape but I want to lose a couple extra pounds to tone out. I eat pretty healthy and conservatively during the day. But at night I fall apart and "binge", eating WAYYYY more than I need to even if I'm not hungry. I have no impulse control when it comes to my favorite unhealthy snacks. Right now because I'm exercising so much it is not a problem. I'm not losing fat like I'd like to but I'm not gaining (but I feel like I look more chonky). Does anyone have any advice onto how to curb these binging habits? I want to be able to enjoy food and have a healthy relationship with it. I know there will come a day this will catch up to me.
