I’m depressed and my days look exactly the same: wake up, mindlessly scrolling on social media for hours, read and do some chores.
I’ve realized that this is my biggest problem, I spend too much time at home and I will naturally think all day and night about what to eat and what to cook. The solution might be obvious, but unfortunately I have neither energy to pay attention to hobbies, nor friends to hang out with. I exercise sometimes, but it’s not enough.
What should I do to minimize my calorie intake in this case? I’m constantly craving something and can’t stop eating (sometimes I eat out of boredom). Does green and mint tea work for suppressing appetite?
