So nearly 15 years ago in 12th grade I was an all American wrestler in the 275 Lb weight class. I weighed about 265lbs. Now after not working out for 15 years and having unhealthy eating habits I have gained 90lbs and need to change.
Two weeks ago Cleaned our my garage, bought a treadmill and a bowflex and started working out for 45min to an hour 5-6 times a week. I also started low carb last week and I am intermittent fasting (only eating from 11am to 7pm) in order to fight back against my food addiction. Is there anything else I should be doing here? Is there any low carb supplements that might help me burn fat and gain muscle while I do this. My goal is to get under 300lbs by Christmas and to get to 250lbs by this time next year.
