My BMI is currently 32.3, maintenance calories is around 2,315.

For the past two years, I’ve been eating more fast food on pretty much a daily basis. I’d walk around my university campus and do around 2 miles every day. I had to start taking diff meds for anxiety (around 7 meds) and that made me extremely hungry all the time. Needless to say that I gained around 50 pounds.

Freshman year I was around 130, sophomore and junior year I was around 150, now in my senior year I am around 200 pounds. I haven’t gotten down 190 in the past year even after getting down to just one anxiety med. I still have the bad habit of eating out almost every day. I’m not sure what I can do to get out of this habit.

I’ve also found myself not having any bowel movements, even after I take linzess UNLESS I eat fast food. For whatever reason, that’s the only time I can go to the bathroom and I use that as an excuse to eat out sometimes.

Can anybody help me figure out what I can do to get started on losing weight? It all feels overwhelming because I’ll eat well for a week or two and see no improvements in anything whereas before, when I weighed less, I would see things much faster
