Why is it so hard to stay on track? I was doing so well before the quarantine, eating the right amount, not even feeling the need to snack. Now I'm right back to the weight I was around Christmas, with no self control and the self esteem to match. I'm snacking right now, even while I write about how much I want to stop. So here's my angsty self-motivational post, prodding myself back on track. From now on, it's healthy habit time! Calorie counting, sustainable meal prepping, and drinking water before I eat! This jelly baby is officially putting down the jelly babies, and will only pick them up again in reasonable quantities that fit into her daily calories, on a much less frequent basis.
