Finally hit the 160s, hovering round 168-169 currently. i haven’t been that weight since 2017, such a great feeling! started end of february / beginning of march at 200lbs, still have 30-40 lbs to go to where i want to be but i’m halfway there!
i’ve been biking 30-60 min a day 4-5 days a week and doing CICO. the diet has been the biggest struggle for me in all of this but i’m noticing i’m losing weight faster now that i’ve got a routine in place! eating mostly clean but i’m not restricting anything, just smaller portions. i noticed if i restrict myself of foods i like i will binge and feel so defeated and then just give up altogether. anyway, not much else to say. I’m just proud of myself and have no one to tell! some progress pictures
