Hello, my partner is concerned about my weight and gave me an ultimatum late last year. Since then I have lost 10kgs but since March I’ve just stagnated, stuck at the 109kg +-1kg Last week had he at the talk with me, if I don’t keep losing he wants to leave, he doesn’t want to stay with me with the increased risk of morbidity due to BMI. The past few weeks I have worked extremely hard, punishing myself at the gym (3 times a week, days with no gym I do 15k steps and play just dance) and eating low KJS (5-6000kjs) per day and I weighed myself this morning and I have gained 500gs, I know it’s probably just needing to go to the bathroom, or that potential gaining of muscle but it’s really disheartening, and I feel he won’t understand how much effort I’m putting in and really trying and will be angry/frustrated at me.

Do any of you have any tips on how to get off this 109kg hurdle? Thanks!
