So basically I’ve been struggling with my weight my whole life, got it under control about four years ago and lost 35lbs but gained it all back last year. Since then I’ve been trying to get back on track, and over the last three month I’ve lost about 18-20lbs, which I’m very proud of btw. However, all of the sudden last week I lost all motivation or self control, mostly binge ate and didn’t do any physical activity whatsoever. I haaaaate it, I’ve worked my ass off for those pounds to be gone and now I took a huge step backwards. I need something that motivates me, a challenge of some sorts or at least something that reminds me to stay on track, and I know losing weight is my own responsibility etc etc but it’s nice to have something that pushes me a little bit. So: I’ll be posting my weekly progress in here and you better expect it to be less every time!

Bit about me: I’m female, 19 y/o, 5’2, currently at 142lbs. My goal is 110lbs. Wish me luck
