I think im borderline ED, or something. I hate my body, I dont have an unhealthy ideal goal, but I definitely have unhealthy methods of getting there. My association with food as numbers has me binge/restrict often. Im trying to just eat like a normal human, but i overeat consistently, i am chronically hungry. Im trying to increase my general activity, what else would you recommend for someone wanting to lose weight more intuitively? Any supplement? Im also in worse off shape because i used to gym all the time but due to covid all i can do is home routines that dont make me as happy as the weights used to.
