i feel bad coming on here when i am not even over weight but i would love some motivation or tips. i am a 5 2 female and am towards the upper bound for ideal weight of my height.
i eat healthy and exercise but i do not know how to stop some bad habits i know are hindering my progress. i have a problem with late night eating and sudden cravings. i will have a good week of eating and exercise and then fall off for two weeks. i don’t know why i can’t sustain it because i enjoy the food i eat and enjoy exercise.
some of my problems are lack of consistency, late night snacking, overeating but not realizing until later, and eating when i’m not even hungry. i just did :(
my goal is to lose about five to ten pounds to reach the middle of the ideal weight for my height. i don’t want to lose a lot of weight but i would love to not be on the brink of overweight and i don’t know how to achieve this. i just want to be confident in a two piece bathing suit
