I've been working really hard in making lifestyle changes since a few months back I was at my heaviest of 205-206 lbs. I have not made significant progress, but I do see my other bmi measurements looking much better- plus I feel a whole lot better/leaner physically with these changes to my workout and diet.
My question is, I am 188 lbs, but I seem to have "above average muscle mass" according to my RENHO body weight scale. Also, my body fat percentage is 26% .....which I believe is in the 'normal' range, and other fitness journey women online seem to have a much higher BF percentage at my current weight & height (I know everyone is different) but does this mean I am bulking too much, and should I focus on cardio and diet? I am not sure how my BF keeps going lower, but I seem to stay in the 188-192 lb range. :/
If my body fat % is lowering than wouldn't I most likely be lighter than 188? I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any tips is greatly appreciated.
