We're having an issue here...
I have an iPhone and my girlfriend has an Android. We're logging the same workouts when we do our strength training together. In the MapMyFitness app, you can adjust the time length of your workout to however long you worked out for if it was longer or shorter than the app's estimated time.
When I do this on my Apple app, the calories are adjusted to less based on the new time (which tends to be shorter than the estimated)
When my girlfriend does it on her Android app, the calories don't adjust no matter what time she puts in.
We're trying to figure out if we should just log the workout as the app's estimated time, or actually adjust the time shorter and change the calorie burn accordingly. Our apps sync with MyFitnessPal, so we want to be as accurate as we can be for our fitness goals.
