This year I gained more weight than I have in a long time, I want to change my eating habits because I know that’s where most of it comes from. In summary I quit Xanax and have been going through horrible withdrawals for the past 6 months, because of that I eat way too much and I eat badly because I thought it made me feel better. When I’m at home it’s easy enough to eat healthier but when I’m at work it feels impossible. I work in a manual labor job and I feel like crap if I don’t eat enough so that’s been hard to get around. Are there any tricks to make this easier? I plan on starting again tomorrow if I can stick to it.
