So about a month and a half ago I weighed in at 242 and I kept reading the biggest thing you can do to lose weight is only drink water. So I made a commitment to only drink water and 98% of the time I am great. I don't drink any soda or even flavored water and I have honestly learned to love it. I used to hate water but now I crave it. The only drink I have otherwise is the occasional glass of milk.

My main concern is that since I made this change I have gained weight. I am now averaging 247 and I have no idea how. My eating habits haven't changed much, though I am about to start giving up fast food as I rely on it way too much. But how can it be that drinking water has caused my weight gain. In the beginning I thought it might have been water retention since I was probably very dehydrated before but now the weight has stayed.

Its really making me feel down on myself that I made a huge change for myself and my results were so backwards from what I expected.
