My budget has been fluctuating and I just want to set one consistent budget - 2200 - to see whether I've been eating past maintenance every day or not. I've reset my goals but it's only changed today & the future. Can I change the budget for past days?

Some other updates since the sub doesn't allow me to post something so short! I've gained another 3ish pounds and I'm now at 188 pounds...I'm on my period and I'm bloated so I think that could be water weight, but I can't be surprised that my weight is increasing when for this past month I've been eating over 3000 calories per day and have been walking much less. It's been a stressful month. But pretty much all week I've eaten 2200-2300 calories which is what I want to stick to, and been walking more. That's my plan...eat anywhere under 2200, and walk at least 8k steps per day!
