Health problems are made worse by weight, yet make losing weight very difficult

I have a lot of health issues.

Acid reflux, migraines, depression, tachycardia, bad knees. Things that are exacerbated by being overweight. (I'm 5'5" and 208 lbs.)

The problem is, all these health problems make it more difficult to do what I need to do to lose weight.

My meds make eating on a normal schedule difficult. My tachycardia puts me at a ~200 heart rate before I've exercised for 10 minutes. Bad knees make several workouts painful. Depression makes it so that I have a hard time time pushing through and making myself exercise, or cook. I also dont get home until sometime between 7 and 9:30pm, at which point I'm ravenous and not willing to cook. (Also I hate cooking.)

I dont make enough money to go to a yoga studio or order those premade meals. I just cant figure out how to get myself where I need to be.
