3 years ago I weened myself off of painkillers, 2 years ago I quit drinking, last year I quit smoking, and this year I want to start eating healthy and lose weight using the same method but I don't know how to apply it here.
My method has been quarantining myself for a month and forcing myself to get into a repetitive pattern and after a month it seems to stick as long as I do the exact same thing everyday.
I won't bore you with my story I just need to find something I can eat to lose weight, like a can of tuna and an apple for breakfast, a can of fruit for lunch and a steak for dinner.
It doesn't matter what it is as long as I can survive on it, like if I could survive eating 20 rice cakes and a gallon of apple juice a day I could literally do that with no problem as long as it was exactly the same every day.
