Stuck, discouraged & need r/loseit's help

Long time lurker, first time poster. 29f/5'8"/35% BF/ SW:275 GW:190. I've struggled with my weight most of my life, though in retrospect I was likely a relatively normal weight child and teenager. I started gaining weight in my late teens and early twenties and in my second year of university gained about 50lbs in 4 months with the help of some SSRI's (anti-depressants) that didnt work well for me and a Poly cystic ovarian syndrome flare up; coupled with less than ideal eating/ drinking and a relatively sedentary student lifestyle...recipe for disaster. I went from 180lbs to about 230lbs in what seemed like overnight and in the years since I've gained another 45lbs. In spite of my efforts which includes dieting which in the past was usually low carb, which has been unsustainable and once I've stopped/slipped up I gain the weight back and more. I tried precision nutrition last year with little success, have been tracking on myfitness pal but getting fairly discouraged at the lack of progress. I'm getting to a point that I'm not sure how to forge ahead in a more sustainable way (read: doesn't just feel like an endless cycle of disappointing drudgery).

I'm currently quite active. Training, 4 days a week as a powerlifter (actively training to compete but willing to let my numbers slide in the interest of a healthier weight) and usually swimming recreationally or kayaking at minimum 2+ days a week. I do meal prep breakfasts and lunches for my partner and myself, weighing and measuring everything and inputting into MFP but to no avail. The scale does not want to move.

I'm now suffering with some low back pain and plantar fasciitis, not sleeping well, hormones are a hot mess and generally feeling uncomfortable in my body and need to make a change.

Thanks in advance guys!
