Ive been losing weight but i just messed up my diet!

Ive been eating super well the last few weeks and the weightlost has been staggeringly good! I lost 7lb in 2 weeks!

For the first time since starting i just had a greesy take out on top of my lunch and ive eaten about 2000 calories! Im scared its gonna make me relapse; my whole life its lose 5 lb and gain 10, this is the first time ive broken the diet unintentionally and i dont want it to affect me! (Out with friends ate it for social pressure, every time before thag i would eat in celebration of losing weight).

I want to puke it up, do anything to get it out- i want to not eat for the whole of tommorow.

Help?
