After 3 months on keto and about to reach my goal weight, I cringe every time I see people eating low quality meals full of carbs.
Do yourself a favor and learn to make some simple pasta dishes like pasta carbonara or cacio e pepe, because pasta is to be cherished.
Carbs are absolutely not necessary for our nutrition but goddamn do they make food taste good, every little meal I will savor with carbs in it after my diet is over will be of the utmost quality and I will never do the midnight white bread snacks ever again, after being carb restricted for such a long time things like ketchup on boiled ramen noodles is an abomination to me.
