Bit about me: 9am to 7pm work mon to fri. Takes 1hr to go to work 1hr to come back. I can workout from 7am till 8:30am (including warm up). I do a desk job as accountant on weekdays
6am to 3pm work on weekends. As a supermarket cleaner. No workout possible on weekends.
Sleep at 10pm. Wake up at 5:30am. Leave home at 6am
Never took diet seriously. Stats are poor. Body looks average but there are muscle behind fats. Love handles there but i look lean on t shirt
78kg at 173cm 1RM Bench 77.5 Deadlift 120kg Squat 90kg
Can you recommend a strength program and liftstyle tip to cut fat and get to 68kg while gaining or maintaining strength. I never used lifting belt. Recently bought one so hopefully strength numbers go up.
TL:DR- best strength program to gain or hold strength and lose fat with 7hr max night sleep. 1hr to workout (excluding warm up)
