I'm floundering a bit. I'm 5'5" 33 years old. Started at 230 and am currently at 194. Started CICO during Passover (April) and have lost 36 pounds. I'm 9 pounds away from my goal.
I've plateaued a bit, gotten complacent. I still track my calories but I've had more cheat days recently and I can feel my motivation flagging.
My original plan was to get to 185 which is where I've been most of my adult life. I was going to reevaluate once I reached my goal and see if another 10 pounds or so was in the cards...
I do feel better than I have in a while I feel more like my body is mine but while this is positive it's totally contributing to the complacency I've developed.
I'm not sure what to do to remotivate myself because I'd still like to lose those 9 pounds...
