This is going to sound very choosy beggar of me and I know it so can we just skip right over commenting about that.
I need to lose weight. I’m 5’2 and about 255 lbs on a good day. I reached about 330 during my pregnancy due to excessive swelling. I know how to lose weight and I try to eat healthy. But being between being a single parent,working full time, and taking care of the house I have no time or energy to exercise. I buy what I can afford to eat which unfortunately isn’t always the healthiest because that’s so dang expensive sometimes.
When it’s not bad outside I try to take my baby for walks but I have flat messed up feet which I just recovered from a surgery on to fix on and it’s still painful to do too much walking. I also work a very sedentary job at a call center. I try to get up and walk as often as I can but they only allow me so much break time. I can’t go to the gym because I drop my daughter off at daycare as soon as the daycare opens and get her just before closing just to be at work and I don’t have anyone to watch her so I can go.
My other problem is I have very bad self control and just eat even when I tell myself not to. Especially sweets.
On the plus side I’ve cut back some on the snacking, rarely drink sodas, and down about 65 oz of water while at work.
Please help me get my life in shape!!!
