I was so afraid to gain some weight with the holiday season. I tried to balance my calories with salads during lunch to make sure I didn't go over. I have also been consistently been going 3x a week to the gym. No excuses I told myself. But of course I have been weighing myself everyday, however, the scale hasn't changed. It only changed during Thanksgiving 2lbs, but lost those and weighed myself.
Today I went shopping and went down a size in jeans. The scale lied to me. I was super proud of myself! This May I was a size 14 and now to a size 6! Even with the holiday season treats at work and Thanksgiving I was able to lose fat and gain muscle.
Dont give up everyone! We can do this!!!
