Day 1. Down 1 pound, 50 to go.

I have recently learned that I am classified as Obese from a BMI calculator. This is a huge shock to me cause I had NO idea. I stood on the scale this morning & it said 219 I was 220 last Friday. I am currently on Keto and am trying my very best to cut out alcohol as much as possible because THAT is my biggest problem. I'm 5'9 with a 35" waist which is said to be normal but yet I am obese. It says I have to be 169 (a weight I haven't been since I was 18, I'm 32 now) to have a healthy BMI. So here I go hoping this sub will help me as much as possible. If you guys have any tips or anything I would be greatly appreciative. So glad to be part of this group.
