Today is day 1 of my journey to lose weight. I‘ve worked with a nutritionist to find my deficit calorie goal (about 1600 calories). I’ve used up my allotment with good choices today and did quite well, but I’m starving. Normally, I’d just go to bed soon and deal, but tomorrow I have a new exercise class in the morning and I’m worried about being able to make it through if I’m already hungry. Looking for tips to deal with hunger for these first few days. Also, suggestions as to whether I should hit the gym hungry, or if I should I go over my allotment tonight to curb my hunger so I’ve got fuel for the morning. Advice welcome!!
