Weighed in today at 260lbs after my high-resistance cardio elliptical workout. Started at over 280lbs on 02/01/2020. Healthy diet has me feeling great. If I hadn't found the r/loseit community I know I wouldn't have made as many good choices lately for my health. Special thanks to those who have given me tips and suggestions as I have utilized most of them so far!
To anyone who is getting started in their r/loseit journey, you deserve better health and you deserve to feel good in your own skin. Accept yourself for who you are, but don't be afraid to set goals that better your health and wellness. Don't let your fear dissuade you from making changes that better you. I am guilty of being pretty hard on myself and my internal dialogue tends to be pretty vicious. The folks on this subreddit have helped me a lot in this area specifically and since I've been more positive I haven't violated my diet or workout expectations. IDK if the two are related but I'd like to think they are.
